We love love love to wrap! We offer FREE gift wrapping on all orders, so just check the box before check our and we will make it look super spiffy! Let us know if you have any other details we should know, in the notes form at checkout.
SHIPPING POLICY
We typically are able to ship out orders within 48 hours* after receiving them. We are a small shop and do our best to get each order out as quickly as possible!
*During high times (Easter, Holidays...2020), this timeframe may be subject to change.
Shipping Rates
-We have a flat rate of $8 for all deliveries over $25 in the USA (Within the 48 contiguous United States) ...$12 for overweight/oversized items

International shipping
Unfortunately, we are not able to ship internationally, to Alaska or Hawaii, at this time. Please visit www.treehousekidandcraft.com for international shipments.

We offer free in-store pickup for orders that you wish to pick up at the Decatur, GA location. Select IN STORE PICKUP for your shipping option.

RETURN POLICY
Website Returns
If for any reason you are not satisfied with a purchase from our online store you can return it within 30 days of the original purchase date. Items must be resalable, un-opened, and in resalable condition. All returns must be requested within 14 days of the receipt of your order. Please email us at [email protected] and we can help you with your return.
Please note we are not responsible for shipments that are lost, stollen, or damaged with returning items, this is up to the client/customer to file a claim with the courier.
Once the Items are received , we will issue a refund, less shipping charges. So sorry, but we’re a really small shop and unable to refund shipping charges at this time.
In-Store Returns
Item(s) must be unopened and in resalable condition for a refund. All returns must be made within 14 days of the original purchase for a FULL REFUND in the original payment. Returns made after 14 days (up to 30 days), will be able to make a return for STORE CREDIT. Please bring your receipt!
Damages & Defective Items
All damaged or defective item claims must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.
Sales Tax
Sales tax is applicable to all orders shipped within Georgia and varies based on where you live.
